wet flies, the fisher does not imitate a particular insect or fish as it can
be done by using only dry flies or nymphs. They only imitate the motion of
the insects, as they appear to be swimming or drowning.

oiled using Gink, so as to keep these flies on the surface. A few of them
depend on the surface tension of the water for floating.
- Nymph Fishing Flies: A
nymph resembles an insect that dwells under water. Also, it has the
capability of resembling larvae. Most of the nymphs are added with weight so
as to hold them underwater.
- Streamer Fishing Flies:

appear like an injured fish. A streamer fly proves to be a good choice for a
person hunting for a voracious fish.
- Poppers/ Sliders: These
types of fly fishing flies are extension of bass bugs and offshore lures and
teasers. These flies prove to be effective when the water is relatively
cloudy.
